Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and us about the game Kenugard (the demo and the full version) and the website kenugard.com. By using the game or the website you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use them. Your agreement is with us, not with Paddle:

Purchase and payment

The demo is free. The full browser version is a one-time purchase with no subscription; its price is shown on the Pricing page. At checkout, Paddle shows the amount in your currency together with any taxes that apply in your country.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle takes the payment, handles taxes, sends receipts, processes refunds and answers questions about payment. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your payment.

The full version is unlocked for the Google account you were signed in with in the game when you bought it; to play it on another device, sign in with the same account.

Licence and ownership

The game, its code, art, text, music, sound and the name Kenugard belong to us or our licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to play the game for your own non-commercial purposes; it does not transfer any rights in the game or its parts.

Prohibited conduct

When using the game or the website, you must not:

  • break the law or use the game or the website for unlawful purposes;
  • commit fraud, including payment or refund fraud, or send spam;
  • copy, distribute, sell or rent out the game or any part of it without our permission, or infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property;
  • interfere with the game, the website or our servers: hack them, probe for vulnerabilities without our permission, scrape data or spread malicious code;
  • circumvent the protection of the full version.

Service availability

We aim to keep the game and the website running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that they — cloud saves included — will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update the game and change or remove features. The game is provided “as is”.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the game. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay (for example, by disputing a payment with your bank after receiving the game), if there is a risk of fraud or a security threat, or for repeated violations. You can delete your account at any time in the game.

Refunds

You can get a refund for the full version within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. The Refund Policy explains how.

Privacy

What data we collect and why is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country. Before going to court, please write to us — we can resolve most issues ourselves.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown at the top. By continuing to use the game or the website after a change, you accept the new version. We will give advance notice of material changes that affect purchases already made.
